Video and Text of the County Executive's "State of the County" Speech

Last week, the County Executive delivered his “State of the County”speech at Germantown’s BlackRock Center for the Arts, outlining the challenges that lie before us as a County, as well as the progress we have made despite the difficulties. Tonight, County Executive Ike Leggett will deliver the State of the County address at 8 PM at the Black Rock Center for the Arts in Germantown.
