Trachtenberg Office at Leadership Montgomery’s 21st Annual Celebration of Leadership

The Trachtenberg Office was represented at Leadership Montgomery’s 21st Annual Celebration of Leadership held at the Marriott Bethesda North Hotel & Conference Center in North Bethesda. Almost 500 of Montgomery County's leaders in business, community, nonprofit, and government service attended and celebrated the the commencement of the Core and Senior Classes of 2010, and honored Hercules Pinkney, Interim President of Montgomery College, and an ’02 graduate of the Leadership Montgomery. Dr. Pinkney was the recipient of the Sandy Spring Bank Outstanding Leader Award

At the event, five outstanding high school seniors received the Shulman Rogers Youth Community Leadership Awards. Leadership Montgomery created the Youth Community Leadership Awards in 1997 to identify, reward and promote outstanding community service efforts and demonstrations of leadership by high school students in Montgomery County, Maryland.
